About Us

Club Expats, SEC offers staffing services to Quebec companies as well as immigration consulting services to international students seeking to pursue vocational or university studies in Canada. Structured as a limited partnership, it is operated by its partner ISA Immigration et Recrutement, Inc.

Club Expats is licensed by the CNESST as a staffing agency and is an immigration consulting service provider whose consultants are licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.

Club Expats operates on a shared services cooperative model in which members can benefit from preferential treatment and fees. There are two memberships: employers, and international students available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of their studies.

Each week, employer members receive a list of students available to work, their skill set, availability as well as the type of jobs they can fill. Student members benefit from preferential fees for services in admission application, immigration consulting, relocation, and reception.
They also receive complimentary assistance in finding a student job and scholarships.

Club Expats earns its income from annual membership fees, selling immigration consulting services to international students and selling job placement services to employers.
